The vote is on the Curtis amendment to prohibit the use of funds in the bill for inspection of firms employing 25 or fewer persons for compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The Nixon Administration was opposed to the amendment. (Rejected 41-44. June 27, 1972. "No" is the correct vote.)
